Spanish Shanty Barge

Located in 20 feet of water at the northwest corner of Shell Island near Spanish Shanty cove. Nice novice/snorkeling site with a large variety of marine life. Once called the Tar Barge, now named for the cove it sits near this 150 foot barge is a good novice dive site. There are Lots of fish to see and photograph although visibility can be a bit rough at times.
