Three Coal Barges
Located in 50 feet of water, these 3 barges were placed end to end to form a long-chain artificial reef. 300 feet long each, the site is known for decent visibility and a large variety of marine life. Placed on the bottom in 1974, this long artificial reef has become home to a wide variety of marine life, a great place to collect shells and sand-dollars. Lucky divers have spotted Loggerhead Turtles in the area on occasion
