Collier 5 Mile Reef
Located in 3-150 feet of water, this man-made artificial reef is 100x175 feet itself. Made up of concrete pilings and barges, this site lies about 12 miles south of Gordon Pass. Lots of large marine life has been sighted – including Goliath Grouper. Intermediate/advanced dive site due to deeper parts of the reef site. Put in place in 1980, this site has become the home of many Goliath Grouper as well as schools of bait fish, barracuda and other marine life. Composed of concrete pilings and barges, all of the material is linked together. A nice site with generally good visibility. Intermediate/advanced dive site.
