Tortuga

Located in 95-110 foot water, this 165 foot ship is part of the Pflueger Artificial Reef Site about 5 miles north of Government Cut. The wreck sits upright and has large openings to make penetration easier. This is for the experienced wreck diver/advanced diver. Also referred to at the “Fair Game” wreck from the movie of that name, this ship sinking was used as the final scene for the movie starring Cindy Crawford and Billy Baldwin. Lots of coral, sponge and fan growth make this a great habitat for smaller fish, and attracting the larger breeds as well. This is an advanced/certified wreck diver site.
