Steane D'Auray

Located in 68 feet of water, this 110 foot trawler is also referred to as the “St. Anne”. The wreck is still somewhat intact although Hurricane Andrew did break it into a couple of sections and scatter it a bit. It is a great spot for underwater photography. Interior access is available A novice wreck diver site. The St. Anne was sunk in 1986. Its close proximity to the Gulf Stream has accelerated the growth of corals, sponges, fans and marine life of many types make the site their home. A nice novice wreck diver site – there are several nice backdrops for underwater photography.
