Narwal
Located in 110-125 feet of water, this advanced dive site is not as commonly used and is not crowded. Sunk in 1986 in the Haulover Artificial Reef site, she sits about 2 miles from the Haulover Inlet. Mostly intact, she sits upright on the bottom and has easy access to the interior through holes cut in her hull. Currents in the area can be strong. The Narwal is 137 feet long. Although she was broken in half by a hurricane, the rudder and propeller are still there and the bulkheads are easily accessible. This site is for advanced/wreck divers only due to depth and strong currents. Some great photo opportunities are available with the propeller in the background.
