Fowey Lighthouse / Fowey Rocks

Located in water from 15 to 100 feet in depths – this site is good for snorkeling, novice, intermediate and advanced divers alike. Marked by a 110 foot iron lighthouse, the site is at the southern tip of Key Biscayne, just west of Boca Chica Key. This site is shallower near the lighthouse itself while the deeper dive areas are the ledges and drop-offs southeast of the lighthouse. Known for its very colorful corals and tropical fish, the area is also referred to as a coral garden. Other smaller reefs and one wreck are nearby giving more opportunities to explore within the site.
