Almirante

Located in 110-140 feet just south of Elliot Key, the wreck is in the northern part of Biscayne National Park. In 1974 the Almirante was sunk off Elliot Key. The wreck sits upside down thanks to Hurricane Andrew in 1992. Marine life is abundant and the wreck has many areas of interest to explore. Larger fish call the wreck home and only experienced wreck divers should visit this site.
