Rodeo Divers Artificial Reef

Located 1.5 mile due east of Pompano Pier in 80 feet of water, this reef consists of 8 wrecks to form a large, diverse reef area. This site has two 32 foot tug boats which lie upright, an 85 foot schooner, Alpha, which is on her side, a 50-foot yacht and the hull of a 34-foot vessel as well as the schooner, Panda, which was once a charter ship for Windjammer Cruises. The Panda was sunk in 1987 in memory of Jay Dorman. The many different vessel types and the various marine life of the area make this a very nice dive spot.
