Mary St. Phillips
Located 1.5 mile east of the Pompano pier in 120 feet of water. The Mary St. Phillilps is a 110 foot steel tug, originally the Mariner II, and a 130 foot drilling barge were sunk in 1993. Lots of tropical fish to be seen. Although not exactly a dive for inexperienced divers, the 2 wrecks forming this artificial reef are home to many tropical fish as well as Grunts, Snapper, Grouper and Amberjack. The tug was originally used to tow petroleum barges and the barge used in the site was once used for Drilling in Louisiana.
