Captain Tony / MV Becks

At a depth of 85 feet this structure is 167 feet long located very close to the Budweiser Bar. Can be an advanced dive due to bottom times if you dive both sites in one dive. This 167 foot Dutch freighter, “M/V Becks”, was added to the artificial reef system October 22, 1996 of the coast of Palm Beach. Also called the “Captain Tony” in memory of dive charter captain Tony Townsend, she is in great condition with the bow pointing south. To connect this dive with the Budweiser Bar, leave the port side and follow the rock piles south. In favorable conditions, the swim time is approximately 10 minutes.
